For years, multiple offers meant one thing, bidding wars that pushed prices well above asking, with firm offers and very little room to negotiate.

But today’s market tells a more nuanced story.

While multiple offers are still happening across Georgina and surrounding areas, the way they unfold, and how buyers and sellers should approach them, has shifted.
